Muesli

Muesli           10 Portions:

Ingredients:
200 gm. of rolled oats
100 gm. of wheat germ
100 gm. of bran
50 gm. of corn flakes
50 gm. of sunflower seeds50 gm. of flas seed, cracked
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of blue berries
2 cups of yogurt
1 cup of heavy cream, any kind
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tea spoon of honey
pinch of salt

Method:
In a big steel bowl, mix everything well, and make sure that the raspberries are smashed. Serve cold. Wonderful choice of healthy breakfast. Keeps you full for the next couple of hours!
