Tuna Chakna

Tuna Chakna       10 Portions:

Ingredients:
10 servings of mashed potato or, rice (Cooked)


1.5 kg. of tuna, canned, drained
1/4 cup of celery, chopped
1/2 cup of onions, chopped
1/4 cup of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup of leeks, chopped
1/4 cup of red (Bell) pepper, chopped
1 tea spoon of butter
1/3 cup of olive oil or, canola oil
2 tea spoon of ginger roots, peeled, minced
1 tea spoon of red/yellow whole mustard, roasted or, fried
1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder
2 tea spoon of mayonnaise
salt-pepper

Method:
First, cook those celery, onion, garlic, b-pepepr, leeks, ginger & the mustard seed with the oil, on a medium heat for about 4 min. Add the tuna in it. Mix it well. Add the turmeric. Mix again. cook it for 3-4 more min. Add the mayonnaise, butter and season with salt-pepper. Serve hot with the rice/m-potatoes. Very Good!
