Liver Tatiana

Liver Tatiana           10 Portions:

Ingredients:
10 pieces of Veal or, Beef Liver Slices (7-8 OZ each), big dices/cubes
50 gm. of Flour, any kind
50 gm. of Butter or, Olive Oil
1 cup of Onions, medium slices
1/2 tea spoon of Turmeric, ground
1 tea spoon of Garlic, chopped
1 pinch of Cardamom, ground
1 tea spoon of Honey
1 tea spoon of ketchup
Salt-Pepper
1/2 cup of Green Onions or, Parsley Leaves, chopped

10 portions of Mashed Potatoes

Method:
First, dust those Liver with the flour. Make sure you take the extra flour off the liver. Then, in a cooking pan cook those onions, turmeric, garlic and the liver, on a medium heat for about 4 min. Add the cardamom, ketchup & the honey, and stir them weel with the liver. Season with salt-pepper. Serve hot with the mashed potatoes and garnish with some green onions/parsley! Moderately very healthy and a great source of high protein and iron.
