Baked Spaghetti Squash

Baked Spaghetti Squash                 10 Portions:

Ingredients:
1.5  kg. of Spaghetti Squash (Probably 1 piece or, 2 pieces, whole)
100 gm. of Butter/Margarine
1/2 Tea spoon of cumin, ground
50 gm. of garlic, roasted & peeled
25 gm. of brown sugar
50 ml. of olive/canola oil
2 tea spoon of whipping cream
salt-pepper

Method:
First, cut those squashes in half, lengthwise. Discard the seeds. Put those on a baking  tray. Cut side facing up. Brush the inside part with the oil. Bake them @ 350 Degrees F for about 45 min. or, till you see they are soft and cooked. Let it sit outside for about 7-10 min. With a serving spoon, take all the flesh out leaving the skin. Discard those skin. Take those squash in a big kitchen mixer. Add all other ingredients in it, except the salt-pepper. Mix it well for about 2-3 min. Then, you season it with some salt-pepper. Serve warm/hot with your choise of any main courses (Fish, Lamb, Stuffed chicken, veal etc...)
