Grilled Pork Chop

Grilled Pork Chop     5 Servings:

Ingredients:
5 Servings of mashed potatoes/parboiled rice
5 Servings of vegetables

5 pork chops
salt-pepper

(For Sauce)
300 ml. of apple sauce (Canned)
1 tea spoon of fresh rosemary <Chopped>
1/3rd tea spoon of ground nutmeg
1 tea spoon of olive oil
1 tea spoon of unsalted butter
1/3rd tea spoon of sugar
1 tea spoon of cracked mustard <Paste>

Method:
First grill mark those pork chops on the grill. Then, roast them in the oven @ 325 degrees F for 20 min, or until you see the internal temperature reaches to 165 degrees F or above. Keep them covered with an aluminium foil paper. Now, start cooking the apple sauce with the rest of the ingredients for 5-7 min. on a medium heat and season it with salt-pepper. It could be done at the same time you are making the pork. Now, serve the pork with a drizzle of sauce and some mashed potatoes and your desired vegetable!
