Universal Green Salsa


Universal Green Salsa:   

Ingredients: 
250 gm. Tomatillos, chopped
25 gm. cooking onions
15 gm. garlic
1/2cup fresh coriander/cilantro, washed
1/2 tea spoon smoked paprika
50 gm. brown sugar
25 gm. red pepper
2 tea spoons lime/lemon juice, fresh
1/4 tea spoon yellow mustard, paste
1/2 cup aloe vera
2 tea spoons dill pickles
1 tea spoon olive oil
* salt-pepper

Method: 
Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend it till it gives you a 'Relish' texture! 

You can save it in your fridge for at least 2 months as it has lots of natural preservatives. 

It's a perfect home made tasty, healthy and unique condiments for any dish...you can try it with any fish cutlets, beef/chicken/lamb curry, deep fried smelts and even you can use it for making nachos <Instead of using regular salsa> and you can use it for any dishes!

Bacon-Tuna Cutlet

Bacon-Tuna Cutlet:     (10 portions)

Ingredients:

200 gm. <Canned> tuna, rinsed
1/3rd cup boiled potatoes (Mashed)
1whole egg
3-4 tea spoons of garlic, cooking onion
1 tea spoon of ginger, minced
1/4th cup frozen green peas
1/4th cup bacon bits, fresh
1/4th cup leeks, chopped
1/4th cup coriander/cilantro, chopped
1/2 tea spoon lemon/lime juice
3-4 tea spoon heavy cream
* salt-pepper

500 ml. canola oil
2 whole eggs, beaten
1/4th cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs

Method:

In a big bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the green colour coded items. Then quickly make 20 portions of dumpling out of the mixture you just made. If you want you can also give them different shapes as you want. Now, take 3 different shallow bowls where you individually put the 2 whole eggs <Beaten>, 1/4th cup flour & 1 cup bread crumbs. Now, one by one roll the dumpling first in the flour then dip in the beaten eggs and then in the bread crumbs. Now, deep fry those dumplings to a nice and golden colour. Serve it hot with your choice of mayo, mustard, ketch up and anything else what will make you happy. It's very tasty and easy to make. Great for guests.
