Mango-Berry Smoothie

Mango-Berry Smoothie     10 Servings:

Ingredients:
250 gm. of vanilla ice cream
50 gm. of sour cream
350 ml. of milk, regular
200 gm. of mango, fresh or, frozen, cubes
50 gm. of brown sugar or, honey
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of raspberries
1/4 cup of crushed ice cubes
1/3rd tea spoon of vanilla essence or, rose water

Method:
Use a Blender, and blend everything to a smoothie consistency, which is thick but, pourable, fluffy and bubbly. A great drink to serve during scorching summer!
