Aloe vera Sorbet

 Aloe vera Sorbet: 10 serving


Ingredients:

1 cup of Aloe vera gel (fresh), skin off

2 tea spoons of Mint leaves, fresg

2 tea spoons of sugar

1 tea spoon of rose water

1/2 cup of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 green tea or mint tea bag

9 glasses of cold water

2 cups of ice cubes

1 tea spoon of creme de menthe (Optional)


Methid:

First, soak the tea bag in the cold water and let it soak for at least 20 minutes. Now in a food processor add the rest of the ingredients and the strained tea water. Mix it really well till you get a nice and frothy texture. Serve very chilled. Perfect for any season, for any events and for anybody. Very healthy and re-freshing!

Ingredients:

TOPPINGS for TACO

  • Shredded cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Diced onion
  • Sliced avocado (Optional)
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole

Filling contains the following

  • 1 lb. 90% to 93% lean ground beef (Preferred)
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce/ketch up
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 12 taco shells - either hard shells or small 6-inch soft flour tortillas will work well...      Method: 
  • Add the beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and pepper to the meat. Stir well. Cook until the meat is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add the tomato sauce and water. Stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes, until some of the liquid evaporates but the meat mixture is still a little saucy. Remove from the heat.
  • Warm the taco shells according to their package directions.
  • Fill the taco shells with 2 heaping tablespoons of taco meat. Top with desired taco toppings or it has been included in the aforesaid listing/ingredients!
