Black Bean Salad

Black Bean Salad                    10 Portions:

Ingredients:
1 kg. of black beans, canned, (lightly washed under running cold water & rinsed well)
1/2 cup of red onions, minced
1 tea spoon of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of honey
1 te aspoon of cumin, ground
1 tea spoon of steak spice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of (fresh) corriander/cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 cup of red (Bell) pepper, small cubes
1/4 cup of celery, fine chopped
1 tea spoon of tabasco sauce
2 tea spoon of worchestershire sauce
1 tea spoon of ginger roots, minced
Salt-Pepper

Method:
Take a steel bowl and put all the indredients in, and using a serving spoon, mix everything well and season with salt-pepper. Serve it cold. Excellent taste and healthy!
