Poulet Bravo Meatloaf

Poulet Bravo Meatloaf         10 Portions:

Ingredients:
10 portions of mashed potatoes
10 x 1oz. = 10 oz of gravy (Ready to serve, any kind)
10 x 1oz. = 10 oz of shredded cheese, any kind
1 cup of green onions
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 cups of chicken breast, chopped, cooked


2 kg. of ground beef or, veal, leaned
1 cup of mashed potatoes
1/2 tea spoon of steak spices
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
1/2 cup of carrots, chopped
1 cup of onions, chopped
1/4 cup of garlic, chopped
1/2 tea spoon of paprika
1/2 tea spoon of thyme
1/2 tea spoon of rosemary
1/2 tea spoon of red chilli, ground
1/2 cup of red pepper, chopped
salt

Method:
First, take a big bowl and mix those 2nd batch of aforesaid mixture. Use either your hands or, you can also use a mechanical mixture (eg: Kitchen Aid Brand). Then, you distribute that meat mixture in 10 portions and give them a shape which should look like a perfect oval or rectangular. Then, you place those patties on a greased baking tray. Bake it @ 325 Degrees F for about 5 min. Then you take them off the oven. Put those chopped chicken, on top of those meat loaf. Then, sprinkle those shredded cheese on top of those half cooked patties. Continue cooking for the 3-4 more min. or, till you see a nice golden/brule colour on top. Take them off the oven, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and green onions and serve hot with some hot gravy on the side, along with the mashed potatoes. Excellent!
