Fusilli Chicken Pasta.....5 servings:
Ingredients:
2.5 cups chicken breast, baked with salt-pepper & olive oil
5 cups Fusilli pasta, cooked, rinsed
2.5 cups mayonnaise
2-3 tea spoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pesto sauce
1 tea spoon olive oil
1/2 tea spoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
* salt-pepper
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve fresh. Very tasty and lots of flavours!
