Salade Popegranade

Salade Pomegranate ... 5 Servings:  

Ingredients: 
5 cups mesclun/spring mix salad 
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup pecan (Toasted and coated with honey)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup julienne cut sweet potatoes (deep fried)
1 cup candid pineapple chunks (pineapple chunks coated with 1/2 honey, 1 tea spoon apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tea spoon chili flakes-Baked!)

1 cup sun dried tomato dressing or Greek dressing

Method: 
Distribute 5 cups of salad in 5 serving plates. Top with all the cheese, fruits and the nuts. Finally top with the pomegranate  seeds.  Drizzle with the salad dressing or serve it on the side! It's a very summer refreshing salad.
